COVID-19 FREE CANCELLATION
Due to the health and economic crisis generated by COVID-19, at ZADORRA ETXEA we have decided to take an exceptional measure for the year 2021 or until the situation returns to normal.
Cancellations of bookings caused by COVID-19 will not incur any type of penalty for the client, as long as they are duly justified.
In any of the cases mentioned below, the customer may choose between the following options.:
1 – Postpone the booking to other specific dates.
2 – Cancel the booking free of charge; in this case, 100% of the advance payment will be refunded.
THE SITUATIONS CAUSED BY COVID-19 ARE AS FOLLOWS:
- Inability to travel by order of the authorities of the place of origin or destination.
- Being affected by COVID-19, either by contagion or in quarantine status due to possible contagion.
- Death of close family member.
- Impossibility of being able to offer accommodation by the establishment.
