COVID-19 FREE CANCELLATION<\/strong><\/p>\r\nDue to the health and economic crisis generated by COVID-19, at ZADORRA ETXEA<\/strong> we have decided to take an exceptional measure for the year 2021 or until the situation returns to normal.\r\n\r\nCancellations of bookings caused by COVID-19 will not incur any type of penalty <\/strong> for the client, as long as they are duly justified.\r\n\r\nIn any of the cases mentioned below, the customer may choose between the following options.<\/strong>:\r\n

1 – Postpone the booking<\/strong> to other specific dates.<\/div>\r\n
2 – Cancel the booking free of charge<\/strong>; in this case, 100% of the advance payment will be refunded.<\/div>\r\nTHE SITUATIONS CAUSED BY COVID-19 ARE AS FOLLOWS:<\/strong>\r\n

  • Inability to travel by order of the authorities of the place of origin or destination.<\/li>\r\n \t
  • Being affected by COVID-19, either by contagion or in quarantine status due to possible contagion.<\/li>\r\n \t
  • Death of close family member.<\/li>\r\n \t
